We're excited to start Jr. Hope Squad this year! These students were recognized by their classmates and peers as trustworthy and dependable. Jr. Hope Squad is a great way to introduce topics, skills, and strategies that promote kindness, self development, and most of hope for a better tomorrow!

Our fifth graders had a blast during their WOW activity! They became scientists and conducted an exciting experiment to explore how explosions happen They tested mystery ingredients to discover which ones would react. The reaction gave them quite the BOOM!

We were lucky to have Preston Thorne and Langston Moore, two former Gamecocks visit our school for an exciting pep rally! Not only did they help kick off an amazing school year, but they also encouraged us to "keep our eyes" up and dream big!

We are grateful for the encouragement, energy, and Gamecock spirit they brought to our Blue Jays!

Ms. Vega's first grade class had so much fun sharing their "All About Me" bags! Students brought items from home and shared why these items were important to them. It was a great way to practice showing respect to other students and a great way to share what they like!

Third grade was eager to start their WOW activity! "Saving Sammy" gave students the opportunity to learn and practice team building strategies and communication skills early in the year!

Mr. Neely's first grade class had some hands-on fun creating school buses made out of yummy food! The students enjoyed getting creative and working together on this tasty project.
