The purpose of the SCE PTO is to enhance and support the educational experience at Shoally Creek Elementary, to develop a closer connection between school and home by encouraging parent involvement, and to improve the environment at Shoally Creek Elementary through volunteer and financial support.

Any parent or guardian of a student at the school may be a member and shall have voting rights. The principal and any teacher employed at the school may be a member and have voting rights. A member must have paid his or her dues before the meeting to be considered a member in good standing with voting rights. The dues for the SCE PTO is $5 per person.
